On Aug. 3, board members of the California Retired Teachers Association Division 27 met via Zoom. Final plans were made for the “New Retired Teachers Brunch” to be held Sept. 8 at the Eureka Women's Club, 1531 J St. The event will be catered by C & C Catering. The deadline to make a reservation is Sept. 1. There is no cost to the new retirees, but they still need to make a reservation. The cost is $15 for all others.
