You know were live here right on the front lines of the battle against the flu. Were r hospitals are taking some drastic measures to stop the spread of the disease. Here at Oconnor Hospital theyre asking everyone whos entering the hospital to wear a mask even if they have had the flu vaccine. Its meant to protect you and everyone else. Theyve even posted a sign complete with the Security Guard restricting anyone under 16 years old from entering. We saw one girl get turned away when she tried to go in. Theres a lot of children that are sick right now. And theres other viruses circulating in the community that are affecting primarily children along with the flu. Protesters standing on that bridge and traffic backed up for miles. Driver going eastbound took some video of the crowd blocking the lanes. Take a look. Reporter 68 people went from protesting on the same sex marriage to processing at the chp in san mateo bridge to processing at redwood city. Boo protesters. Boo. Its about an eight minute drive getting into San Francisco. We do have an accident in mountain view, sunnyvale area. Just before ellis. This crash is there. It is blocking a lane and traffic is going to be a little bit slow although it is very early in the morning. You will see fire crews out there.
