Reporter Police Agencies from santa rosa, Alameda County reporting to me that they had no major issues with the curfew overnight. And were here on University Avenue where a lot of restaurants will be serving for a few more hours before curfew begins. Of course not every county is part of the curfew. But many feel like they should be to avoid confusion. Day one of californias overnight curfew and Many Bay Area Police departments are giving the all clear. South bay police agenccies are tweeting the same number. We havent receive complainted in the Emergency Operation center regarding the curfew. Reporter that could change as we head into the holiday season. Santa clara county still with one of the highest covid rates in the state. We continue to see this increase of this rate, hospitals are going to reach Maximum Capacity in three weeks. Reporter in neighboring San Mateo County, the numbers are better, remained in red tier with no curfew. Thats where some people are getting confused. This is the spot where San Mateo County ends and Santa Clara County begins so, in other words, curfew no curfew. I think its kind of stupid, one has it, the other one should too.
