Tyrus madison, Deputy Director for the department of building inspection, and before you is our proposed fiscal year 20202021 and 20212022 budget. We had our first meeting in january, and we went over the budget. Throughout the entire budget process, there will be some revisions, so what id like to do is go over the changes from last meeting to today. So first, well start with revenues. So youll see three four revenues, but actually, i am going to count the first three. Based on our prior actuals and what we anticipate next year, were proposing to actually increase that from the budget from 27 million, to 28. 4 million. And then, youll see a really big increase in interest. Last fiscal year, we collected about 3. 6 million. Were anticipating collecting 3 million again in interest, so thats why we bumped it up to over 2. 5 million. Let me just let you know, although we are increasing because although it seems counter intuitive that w
Online in other languages, but we didnt have it in other languages at that time. Commissioner moore thank you for expressing it as well as you did, commissioner johnson, because i say it slightly different, although i say the same. Its basically i dont know. Ive never found myself in that kind of a situation. President melgar director rahaim. Director rahaim so i think maybe a couple of things that need to be clarified to the board. The boards decision was that they found that there may be and the operative word here is there may be an environmental impact. The language that mr. Political relief rally banks are in focus this morning. This is bank of america calls citigroup its pick of the decade. The ceo of ulta will join us at post 9 this hour. Well begin with stocks on track to open at record highs. Also adding to positive sentiment, china confirming the vice premier will head to washington next week for the signing of that phase one trade agreement with the United States jim, its going to be busy next week between that and the kickoff of corporate earnings. It sure seems like everybody believes everything is going to be good. A sheer mention of the banks is really underestimated. There are so many people saying buy these. Why does that matter thats who kicks off earnings season already the expectations are pretty high. They better deliver after this run. And thats what these upgrades are mostly all about. I mean specifically on the banks. Goldman getting not one upgrade but two today out of buckingham and b of a, as b of a or it goes from 270 to 245 what ne
