Stacey a former Johnston School bus driver, charged with child endangerment and assault for pushing a student on his bus, wants his upcoming trial moved. Robert scarbrough requested a change of venue wednesday. The judge has not ruled on the motion. His trial is still scheduled to start february 8. Police charged scarbrough back in october, after a student on his bus recorded this incident. Scarbrough confronted a special needs student, who had thrown something at him, and then pushed that student down.
