Fontainebleau Park is getting a $400,000 splash pad and area families are invited to have a say in what fun features it will have.
“Would you like it themed? Would you like ground spray events, overhead dumping buckets? There’s a lot of things,” Heidi Baillargeon, Windsor’s manager of parks development, said during a virtual news conference Friday to announce the splash pad and launch an online public consultation.

The plan is to compile all the suggestions, come up with a design, present the design at an open house, get the final design and cost approved by city council, and complete the splash pad so it’s ready for the 2022 season.
