NORTH ATTLEBORO — A building at the entrance of the town’s industrial park off Toner Boulevard has been razed to make way for a planned warehouse facility.
An affiliate of Calare Properties of Framingham purchased a Northborough location of healthcare manufacturer Steris Corp. for $6.7 million. There is no indication that Steris is moving.
New York City-based The Lightstone Group, with its partner Outshine Properties, has purchased 100-150 Staples Drive in Framingham for $24.7 million, which is more than double the price the property sold for in 2021.
Sanctuary Medicinals, a cannabis company with locations in Massachusetts and Florida, has purchased its Littleton headquarters and cultivation facility at 234 Taylor St. for $4.5 million.
