Times Telegram The new bakery on East State Street in Herkimer is drawing customers looking for breakfast sandwiches, cupcakes, cookies, doughnuts, pastries and, now, ice cream as well as for its wedding and specialty cakes.  Honey Brook Bakery is new to Herkimer, having moved from Ilion to a new location at 310 E. Main St. in late May, in time to mark its five-year anniversary in June.  The business started almost on a whim, said Juné Moynihan, who partnered with her mother, owner Krystin Farrington, to start Honey Brook. She had studied baking at Paul Smiths College and had started taking orders while her mother had begun selling craft items online.
