Police said seven rifles, two revolvers, one handgun, one shotgun and more than 1,000 rounds of ammunition were recovered from the suspect's home.
The request was filed in conjunction with Scott Peterson's motion for DNA testing to prove his innocence. He was convicted of killing his wife Laci and their unborn son in 2004.
