WKBT – The landmark eagle sculpture that normally watches over Riverside Park in La Crosse is undergoing some big repairs.
News 8 Now’s Chief Photographer Chuck Oedsma got an inside look at the repair shop, where feather by feather, and piece by piece Al Schultz is getting the eagle ready to return.
