Quinn and possibly another man broke into douglas home in east san jose, they beat her and stole some of her belongings. Douglas is now in the hospital and at least report was critical condition. As you can imagine, this has been frightening for the other people who live in douglas neighborhood. Last night many of her neighbors met with Law Enforcement, the Sheriffs Department reminded them about the importance of Neighborhood Watch and being aware of any suspicious activity. Negotiations continue. Those negotiations are happening right now. Its crisis averted this morning in washington, d. C. The Government Back to work now as lawmakers ended the Government Shutdown and avoided a debt ceiling crisis this week at least for now. Just nine minutes before the midnight deadline, the deal to end the dual dilemmas arrived at the white house. President obamas signature moments later marked the official end of the Government Shutdown and raised the debt ceiling. Last night on capitol hill, the deal passed easily out of the senate and then through the house largely with democratic support. The president praised congress for finally reaching an agreement.
