the hunt for the killer after the councilwoman was found gunned down in her car. eunice dwumfour was remembered as the first african american to hold office in her burrough. eunice dwumfour saw our community and saw her residents. we can all learn from her, her love of family and loyalty to her oath of office, she taught me to have faith in the process. and that is a gift that i don t think i can ever repay. marianne: surveillance footage shows a suspect running, the figure is seen running shortly after a 911 call was made after residents reported hearing six to nine gunshots and heard the sounds of eunice dwumfour s white vehicle slamming into other vehicles. a video camera caught eunice dwumfour speaking to the suspect shortly before her death. there is possible video from dash cams or businesses in the area that may have had cameras. eunice dwumfour leaves behind a 12-year-old daughter and was recently married. the fbi has joined in the hunt. todd: horrible tragedy,
