A TV baker has left fans doing a double-take after creating a very realistic cake of British rapper Slowthai lying in a hospital bed with his limbs chopped into pieces.
A set of unsettling images shared on Instagram by Ben Cullen, who starred in Channel 4 s Extreme Cake Makers, seemingly show the British musician, 26, relaxing in the hospital bed, grinning - but with his body parts in several segments.
But it is not as alarming as it might seem - as the supposed limbs are actually made out of four separate vanilla sponges, held together with chocolate ganache.
The photos show the cake-version of the NME award-winning rapper s legs cut into several pieces, revealing the sponge inside, with people s hands reaching in to grab pieces of the tasty treat.
