One of the ways this city has matured over the years is due to so many Calgarians taking international vacations and discovering new foods and wines, and wanting them available at home.
Chefs have also spent time out of the country exploring recipes, flavours and equipment to be able to offer new tastes. One of them always looking to improve quality and find new experiences is Dominic Tudda, who travels twice a year to Italy.
