Deputies say 25yearold jose luis delatorre, charged with burglary and two counts of assault. Just after 9 00 last night, deputies responded to a possible breaking and entering call on glenn road. Detectives say the victim and suspect were neighbors and got into some sort of argument. Delatorres body was found in the backyard and wife and child were treated for injuries.
