<p>The winners of the 2021 and 2022 MacNamee Awards have been confirmed by the GAA. The GAA National Communication and Media Awards are named after the late Pádraig MacNamee, former President of the GAA, Chairman of the GAA Commission (1969-1971) and member of the RTÉ authority.

Wexford GAA launch new €5m five-year strategic plan

Wexford senior football manager Shane Roche, Wexford county board chairman Micheál Martin and Wexford senior hurling captain Matthew O Hanlon at the launch of Wexford GAA s five-year strategic plan (2021-25) Ar Aghaidh Linn le Chéile at Chadwicks Wexford Park.
Wexford GAA has launched a new €5m five-year strategic plan (2021-25), entitled Ar Aghaidh Linn le Chéile (Onwards Together).
Hailed as the most ambitious plan ever launched in the history of Wexford GAA by county board chairman Micheál Martin, the Model County have set the target of having 15 full-time Games Promotion Officers in place by 2025. They plan on providing 75% of funding to clubs to employ GPO s.
