Richardson closed Eaux temporarily in November while he searches for a new location for the New Orleans-style restaurant. Meanwhile, he hopes to open Cafe Louis at 173 Ocean St. in March. Cafe Louis will focus on breakfast and lunch to start, then add dinner on weekends.
