KUALA LUMPUR: Globaltec Formation Bhd has signed a conditional subscription and shareholders agreement to acquire a 45% equity interest in Metta Food & Lifestyle Sdn Bhd for RM20mil.
Globaltec Formation Bhd is set to acquire a 45% stake in Metta Food & Lifestyle Sdn Bhd for RM20 million. In a statement to Bursa Malaysia on Friday (Aug 26), Globaltec said that together, the parties intend to grow and develop Metta’s food and beverage (F&B) business.
Starting next week, restaurants can once again allow people on outdoor terraces and busy construction on is currently taking place on Tartu s Emajõgi River. The three seasonal cafes allowed on the river received a ten-year permit after tight competition. The contract states the cafes should be open from June 1, but it s the entrepreneurs desire to get them ready as fast as possible. They are in different stages of development: Väike Kuuba is set to open on May 3, the others will take some time. An estimated time for opening is mid-May, said head of Tartu s business development department Alo Lilles.
