Bay Area bakery favorite Specialty s Cafe & Bakery is serving its famed cookies once again.
The restaurant reopened its Mountain View location Monday nearly a year after saying it would permanently close its dozens of locations because of the coronavirus pandemic. The company announced on social media that people can get a taste of its updated menu starting this week, as first reported by Palo Alto Online.
It has added new items to its menu, but the cookies like the semi sweet chocolate chunk, chai snickerdoodle, oatmeal wheat germ chocolate chip and salted rye whiskey dark chocolate will stay the same. The cafe will also continue to serve Peet’s coffee.
