BLACKSBURG, Va. – No. 20 Georgia Tech baseball was unable to keep the momentum going on Saturday when it fell 7-0 to No. 12 Virginia Tech at English Field.
The Yellow Jackets (16-14, 13-10 ACC) were held to just four hits on the night – two of which came from
Tres Gonzalez – while the Hokies (20-11, 15-8 ACC) pieced together 10 hits for seven runs.
Justyn-Henry Malloy’s single and
Stephen Reid’s double were GT’s other hits for the day.
