An 18-year-old who is facing charges of manslaughter and leaving the scene of an accident had his $20,000 bail posted by a family member earlier this week.
Alaska State Troopers reported that a 17-year-old Fairbanks resident was driving under the influence of alcohol when he crashed the ATV with a 15-year-old passenger.
