Cabell County Schools Superintendent Ryan Saxe made a formal statement regarding the board of education s excess levy call which was recently voted down in the 2024 primary election. Several Cabell County residents responded with their own statements about the levy. Saxe said he reached out to the parks and libraries directors to come up with a solution to get the levy to pass in November.
