Because he is someone that does well pitching things to crowds and feeds off that energy. Sometimes makes him go off script, but if he can deliver a solid pitch and a good message, i think it is a necessary piece of momentum for this administration thats been largely bogged down in controversy. Now a little bit about what we have heard with his Infrastructure Plan is it involves a trillion dollars in public and in private investigation. And it is something that capitol hill should be able to get behind. But it is something we have heard about a lot from him. And it is important in the aftermath of the foreign trip. A lot of people said what worked is the administration gave people Something Else to talk about that was not russia or controversy. And this is a way that a lot of republican strategists said to me, you need to giv
headlines and conversation about this interview between tucker and ted last night, their feelings are not reflective of rational republicans across the country. rational republicans do look at what happened on january 6th as an insurrection at the capitol and oppose the challenging of the certification of the election and believe joe biden is the duly elected president. they supported a peaceful transfer of power alice, alice, alice. and want answers regarding january 6th. that s what many are feeling. i don t know if that s true. the reason i say that is because most republicans who are in office and represent those people voted against the certification of the election, have not said what you are saying on television. so they must somehow believe that that s what their c constituents wanted them to do and say because they re not voting the people out that didn t vote to certify the election.
close. they have a conversation with the few accepsenators holding u progress, our chairwoman had a phone call and a conversation with krysten sinema and we continue to be close ly monitoring the work that the speaker, that the majority leader and white house is doing in bringing progress and bringing progress on these bills. what we are waiting for is what is it that they are interested in seeing changed so that we can move this legislation forward? yeah. so what are you willing to compromise on and i m doing to how much lower than 3 $.5 trillion and so on. what are you willing to compromise on? what we re looking to do is to deliver on c constituents in regards to climate change and deliver on drug pricing and child care and
constituents with gun owners. one thing to keep in mind as state after state community after community goes through this, some repeatedly. little ton, colorado and aurora. that half hour apart. this keeps happening and keeps happening. but one of the reasons you have seen the suburbs change so much politically in the country certainly 2018 election. one of the reasons is that you have seen a change on the particular issue. and a will the of anger and demand from the public to see some action here. and washington not responding to it. it will be interesting to see how that plays out in the 20 election. we don t have an election every day. every time we have one of the shootings. we do have a measurement every two years and four years. ken thomas, allen. thank you for your time. we appreciate you staying up
