The 2nd Street Festival, in Northern Liberties, is back and better than ever. The festival, which is the second-largest neighborhood food and music festival in Philadelphia, was packed with patrons Sunday.

The organizers of 2nd Street Festival announce the first-ever spring edition of the new Northern Liberties Night Market Series. This inaugural series of outdoor food festivals is rolling into the single fastest growing neighborhood in Philadelphia on Thursday, May 26th, from 5:00pm to 10:00pm, on N. 2nd Street between Fairmount and Poplar streets.
The 2nd Street Festival Corporation is preparing to host its first-ever spring Night Market on Thursday, May 26 from 5 to 10 p.m. on 2nd Street between Fairmount Avenue and Popular Street. Food trucks, drink vendors and sidewalk sales will line the streets and visitors will be able to hear live music from local artists. The fall Night Market is scheduled for September 22.
