Pilot was addressing a meeting in Barwah town for the Khandwa Lok Sabha byelection where Congress has fielded former MLA Rajnarayan Singh Purni against BJP's Gyaneshwar Patil.
"Our party takes all the decisions after a thorough discussion with the central leadership. We come to a decision only after considering every aspect," he added.
In a programme organised in Jhabua on Tuesday, chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan made several announcements that could affect the voters and amount to allurement of voters, says Congress
