The latest AMD 5000-series CPUs may only be relatively new, but they’re having an impact with Dell announcing their first AMD powered laptops in almost 15 years.
Both the new ‘Ryzen edition’ of the Alienware M15 and Dell G15 will offer up to AMD Ryzen 5000 H-Series Mobile Processors, as well as up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 30 Series mobile graphics. Both laptops include 3200Mhz DDR4 RAM which is user-upgradeable on both laptops.
As an adjunct to the announcement of the Ryzen edition Alienware M15 and Dell G15, Dell has also announced four new gaming monitors including the 25-inch, 27inch and 32inch monitors which offer up to QHD resolution and 165Hz refresh rate and 2ms response, as well as the wide-format Dell 34 curved screen monitor with WQHD resolution.

Aussies do like a wager, and those who use Android will soon find it easier to get an app for their favourite service. Google has announced overnight that they begin will allow gambling apps on the Play Store in Australia, and 13 other markets around the world from March 1st.
The policy change – announced on the Google Play Developer Console – will allow ‘real-money gambling apps, ads related to real-money gambling, and daily fantasy sports apps’ to be listed on the Google Play store, doing away with the current method of downloading an APK from the gambling apps site and then side-loading it.

Ideapad 5 Series
The Ideapad line will be made available in three models, including the IdeaPad 5G with 14-inch display, as well as an Ideapad 5 Pro and IdeaPad 5i Pro, both of which will come with either 14” or 16” display.
Lenovo has split their models by CPU type, with the Ideapad 5G headlining the series with a Qualcomm mobile processor. The Ideapad 5i Pro will offer Intel CPUs, while the IdeaPad 5 Pro will offer AMD CPU options to customers.
