A special dedication was held Saturday at the Slatington D&L Trailhead Pavilion to honor the memories of two visionaries for the Slatington area.

A new tradition started on Thursday at the Trailhead in Slatington. Through the help of various community members and businesses, the new “Trees at the Trail” was introduced.
Five trees were purchased.
