The 22nd annual Small and Disadvantaged Business Opportunities Council Government Procurement Virtual Training Week is scheduled for April 26-30. This event is sponsored by the Federal Executive Board of Minnesota, in cooperation with the Procurement Technical Assistance Center and U.S. Small Business Administration.

There are currently 24 workshops scheduled to increase small business access and success in selling to government. More than 15 organizations will be presenting timely topics and time-tested basics to help small businesses grow and compete on government contracts.
From April 26-29, there will be six workshops per day on the hour from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Registration is free.

The University of Nevada, Reno will host the annual Cattlemen’s Update virtually in 2021, via Zoom, Jan. 12-13.
For more than 40 years, the University has held several sessions across Nevada in January to provide ranchers with current research-based information about issues that may affect the efficiency, productivity, profitability and sustainability of their businesses and Nevada’s cattle industry.
