Popular coffee shop chain Starbucks is unveiling its 417th branch in the kingdom at riverside mega-complex ICONSIAM, and it's set to become the kingdom's larges
Enjoy a delicious night out at Beats Bites & Cocktails in the buzzy Bukit Pasoh neighbourhood.
The beverage menu showcases classic cocktails with a modern touch, like the Purple Rain ($25++), an eclectic and vibrant concoction of hibiscus and butterfly pea-infused gin, sūpāsawā foam, elderflower liqueur, and flower foam, a fitting tribute to the the musical icon Prince.
Accompanying the tipples is a Devialet powered DJ setup and a number of flavourful bincho-tan grilled bites.

But, this promises to be different, located at the rather ‘happening’ Bukit Merah area (and I can imagine a few other websites – the usual suspects, writing about this place soon.)
This café is located at The Mill. Where?
The Mill is a neo-gothic building at Jalan Kilang (kind of near ABC Brickworks Food Centre).
It has been described as an “amalgamation of post-industrial American architectural influences, cast alongside a fortified Gothic tower, and rooted in industrial Singapore.”
A twin-tower that is 45 metres high, dark, alluring, eye-catching, which some may describe as “the Batman building”.
If the gothic design reminds of Parkview Square, that is because they both share the same architect – American James Adam.
Orchard Road is one of the to-go places during the year-end period for the Christmas lights, shopping and dining out with friends.
If you are heading to Orchard Road, this is an update of DFD’s previous entry of ”10 NEW Cafes At Orchard Road”, featuring more of the relatively new names of brunch places, cafes and dessert shops on the shopping belt.
