Organizers have canceled the Butte County Silver Dollar Fair for the second time in two years. CEO, Nick Digrazia said they cannot put together a viable fair because of current restrictions. The fair will continue to hold livestock auctions and organizers announced a harvest fair, that will take place this October.
The Museum of Northern California Art in Chico will open its doors at 11 this morning. Up until now, the museum has been holding virtual tours for the artwork inside. Admission at Monca is half off today to celebrate. The hours are 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. Friday through Sunday.
