But don t worry, the sirens were activated in error.There is no emergency, officials said.People reported hearing sirens across the county around 9:30 a.m. Monday. Officials with Butler County Emergency Management said the sirens were sounded accidentally by the county s sheriff s office. It is unclear how the sirens were sounded in error.
