The Gqeberha high court found an Airport Valley man’s version of events to be so farfetched it was wholly rejected before he was convicted of murdering his girlfriend.
Claiming to have acted in self-defence when he stabbed his girlfriend, murder accused Luxolo Bandla was taken to task by a judge for evading questions under cross-examination as to how the woman he had been living with for more than three years ended up with a knife in her abdomen.
