Her appointment to the leadership role is part of a succession plan put in place by CPM s partners to maintain the 53-year-old firm s growth and caliber of legal excellence. Marx is the third woman to hold the position of CPM managing partner and succeeds Bryan Hogue. Carol Sheehan was the firm s first female managing partner in 1997.
