Taylor Porter estate planning and tax attorney Rebecca Hinton has been appointed President of the Estate & Business Planning Council of Baton Rouge. Hinton formerly served as Vice President. The members of the Council are accountants, attorneys, life underwriters, trust officers and educators with an interest in estate planning and a commitment to high professional and ethical standards. The Council meets quarterly to exchange information and ideas about estate planning and to hear presentations on important estate planning topics. The Council is also one of 280 local estate planning councils affiliated with the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC).
