This is similar to what existed at a prior time. I suppose that is debatable. If i am understanding what you are saying, i agree with what he has said. Obviously, significant legislation is to be debated ki Medicare Part d includes the Risk Corridor Program and a source of funds for the program. But as i read the Health Care Legislation that is not the case. And based on a lack of appropation it is my understanding the Insurance Company cant make payments to cover the program. This is supported by the current process and i would like to submit this to the record. In december, i asked the secretary of health and Human Services on if it was legal to make the changes to the state and she didnt answer and we are not here to talk about this. They say only Trained Personnel should be involved. They should wear full protective gear. Very, very clear protection and that handling of remains should be kept to a minimum and discourage autopsies and say the cdc should be consulted and remains should be cremated promptly.
