KARACHI:
The Sindh High Court directed on Wednesday the Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC) to verify the eligibility of employees over a contempt of court plea pertaining to the regularisation of school principals who cleared the Institute of Business Administration Sukkur test.
The Sindh education department secretary and the petitioner appeared before a two-member bench, comprising Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar and Justice Amjad Ali Sahito.
The petitioner s counsel contended that the IBA is also an esteemed institution and is comparable to the SPSC. When the principals have passed the IBA test then why are they being forced to appear for further exams, he asked.
