(PNA photo by Gil Calinga) MANILA - The recent return of provincial buses in the National Capital Region (NCR) have not caused a buildup in vehicular traffic, an official of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said. For two weeks from March 24, the MMDA allowed the return of provincial buses along Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (Edsa) and other parts of the NCR from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. for a dry run.
