The gust of wind more than 50 Miles Per Hour and thats still in the Tropical Storm range. The real threat here is going to be from the range. Its slow and steady and regular rain in a region really which has gotten a ton of rain over the last month. More than 30 people were killed last month in the riejegion from flash flooding. They even posted high water rescue teams around the city to try and make sure that tstory doesnt repeat itself this time around gretchen. Okay. So a lot of people are told sometimes to evacuate to get out of the way of the storms. Have there been evacuations with this storm . Millions of people are being told to keep a close eye on the weather over the next 24 hours.
