No, not President Joe Biden, but the uber-popular grumpy Bernie Sanders meme.
Photos of the Vermont Senator sitting during inauguration festivities went viral as people ate up his look.
Sitting on a folding chair wearing a brown parka, wool mittens, and a surgical mask, Sanders pose was born to be a meme.
And it soon became one as his image has now been photoshopped on thousands of photos, including those in Utah.
