Ipswich Town said plans are underway for the return of a big screen for this summer s Euros

A big screen could return to Ipswich Town FC for fans to watch England s games at this summer s long-awaited European Championships.
Thousands of fans watched England s exploits at the 2018 World Cup in the club s Fanzone, which ended with Gareth Southgate s men bowing out in the semi-final to Croatia.
The 2020 tournament, being held this summer following its postponement last year due to Covid, begins on June 11, with almost all coronavirus restrictions set to be lifted ten days later.

Aldeburgh Beach will be a hive of activity this summer as the town and wider community celebrate escaping lockdown with outdoor performances of Benjamin Britten’s Noye’s Fludde.
The event will bring together enthusiastic schoolchildren and talented amateur musicians and singers.
The event, being staged opposite Crag Path, between the lifeboat station and the Moot Hall, will be within view of Britten’s beachside residence where he wrote the opera for young people in 1958.

Gibbs and Brothers to Take Part in Charity Three Peaks Challenge

Blues youngster Liam Gibbs and his brothers Ryan and Jordan are taking part in the Three Peaks Challenge in June to raise money for the charity Head for Change.
Gibbs, 18, made his first team debut for the Blues in the home game against Charlton in November having come through the academy. Town recently offered the Bury St Edmunds-based midfielder a new contract with his current terms up in the summer.
The brothers will attempt to climb the highest mountains in England, Scotland and Wales, Scafell Pike, Ben Nevis and Snowdon, within 24 hours on Friday 18th June.
