Western Australia Health has notified the public of a number of close and casual contact venues. COVID-19 transmission has occurred within a restaurant and, as a result, all restaurants where cases have dined-in are now close contact venues.
A full list of all venues of concern and associated public health advice is on the Western Australia Health website. Anyone who has been in the Perth or Peel areas since 17 April should check the website regularly for updates.
People arriving in Sydney from Western Australia since 12.01am yesterday (Saturday 24 April) must complete a declaration which confirms they have not attended a venue of concern. These declaration forms are available on the Service NSW website.

Fragments of the COVID-19 virus have been detected in the sewage system at the Burwood Beach Sewage Treatment Plant in Newcastle, following a sample taken on April 21st.
The catchment takes in the Newcastle City area as well as the following suburbs: Dudley, Charlestown, Jesmond, Lambton, New Lambton, Mayfield, Elermore Vale, Wallsend, Kotara, Garden Suburb, Adamstown Heights, Kahibah, Highfields, Merewether, Waratah West, Georgetown and Carrington.
New South Wales Health says the positive testing may be a result of people who have recently recovered from COVID-19, as fragments can be shed for several weeks after recovery.
However, there is concern the detected fragments could be a sign of undetected cases in the community.
