JASON MARSH
WHEELING Jason Marsh has been able to grow in the financial services industry without having to travel too far from the farm a short hop over the Ohio County line into Marshall County where he grew up.
A graduate of John Marshall High and West Liberty State College, Marsh has spent 17 years moving up the ladder at Hazlett Burt & Watson Financial Services. He now has ascended to the top rung, taking over as the CEO of the company.
Marsh feels his institutional knowledge of the company and the Ohio Valley will help him in this role, as he continues to help move Hazlett Burt & Watson move forward, especially when it comes to the latest technology.

The Latrobe brewery once home to Rolling Rock beer in its classic green bottles is poised to lose another iconic local brew: Iron City Beer.
Pittsburgh Brewing Co. announced plans to make its popular lager at a former glass plant in East Deer. The company revealed late Wednesday it will move production from the City Brewing Co. plant in Latrobe to its own facility to be built at the shuttered PPG glass plant along the Allegheny River sometime next year.
Anthony Pettis has left the UFC, officially a free agent

Anthony Pettis is the latest veteran to part ways with the UFC following the release of two-time middleweight title challenger Yoel Romero earlier this month.
Pettis announced on Tuesday that he had completed his UFC contract and entered free agency, just three days after his unanimous decision win over Alex Morono at UFC Vegas 17.
The former UFC and WEC lightweight champion posted a copy of his resignation on Twitter, which reads as follows.
“Almost 12 years with this company and so many amazing memories. From winning my first world title at 23 years old to becoming the UFC world champion at 26 in my hometown. From being on MTV to the cover of the Wheaties box, I am forever grateful for everything I have experienced and accomplished with this company!!!
