Trevor Henderson has given a lot of time, energy, and sweat for the people of Burnside.
Now it s time to give back.
Henderson, a Burnside firefighter, saw his own family home lost to a fire last Friday night. It was a total loss â food, clothes, everything, said Frank Crabtree, Jr., Burnside Tourism Director.Â
As such, Crabtree has created a GoFundMe account to help Henderson s family get back on their feet. The mayor (Robert Lawson) and I were talking back and forth, and we talked to (Burnside Fire Chief James) Martin and the general consensus was that everyone wanted to set up a GoFundMe to help Trevor, said Crabtree. He always does so much for other people. It s a good opportunity to have the community reciprocate.
