A 30-year-old Soldier has appeared before an Accra Circuit Court, for allegedly having multiple sex with a 14-year-old girl at Burman Camp, Accra.
Corporal Offei Richard Okyere, charged with defilement, has pleaded not guilty.
The Court presided over by Mrs Adelaide Abui Kadey, remanded Okyere into Military custody to reappear on January 27.
The facts as presented by Detective Sergeant Opoku Aniagyei are that; the complainant is a 53-year-old labourer of the Ghana Military Police residing at Burma Camp, Accra.
The prosecution said the victim is a 14-year-old Junior High School Student, residing with the father who is the complainant in the case.
