Today inspectors from the Health Department did tour the school, and Council Woman walker says that she and the district agreed that whether or not the school will remain opened will depend on their findings. Reporting from wilmington, alexandria hoff for cbs3 Eyewitness News. Parents are concerned after hearing about the death of the 17 yearold inside a residential facility for children with Behavioral Health issues. It happened at what hadworth a contacted hi in wynfield heights. Last night according to philadelphia detectives the teenager tried barricading himself in his room. While restraining him, staff put him in a head lock. The teen hit his head and died 9 30 thursday night. One parent who didnt want to give her name told cbs3 that the children here sometimes to need to be restrained. My son has Mental Health issues since he was five. This is the best one. I think this might have just been, you know, a fluke accident but still unacceptable. Reporte

Yourself in criminal behavior. Kathleen kane addressed the court right before she received that zero to 23 months sentence. She apologized but said sending her to jail would be a destruction on her young children. Judge told kane that this outcome was on her. Kanes defense team left without commenting but prosecutors say that justice today was visible. Everybody deserved better. Today when she was taken out of the courtroom in handcuffs, the there was finally justice. And im happy to see that this ugly chapter for pennsylvania has finally concluded.
