Generals office is involved in an investigation in berlin, but would not comment on whether it involved the child being taken to dartmouth. Also developing right now, Manchester Police are investigating a shooting in the area of lake avenue near belmont street. They say one person has been taken to the hospital with nonlife threatening injuries. The road in the area was closed while police investigated. Officials say the suspect is still at large.
