First, Special Counsel david weiss, much criticized for his handling of the Hunter Biden Case, now kind of slips in under the wire here before the time runs out accusing the president s Son Of Illegal Gun Procurement given that he was on drugs at the time. These charges could hold a hefty maximum jail time, a first time offender. The max would be 25 years in jail. Hunters lawyers claim the agreement that could have kept him out of prison, they say it should still stand and no doubt they will continue to argue that. Weve got all of this Breaking News ahead.
