A food truck owner and his customers are giving back to the community, and he said he was inspired by one of News On 6’s Something Good stories.
Welcome to Phillip Gilbertson s dream. I get up every day at 3:30 a.m. and I am up here at 4:15 a.m. and I probably don t get home until 6-6:30 at night. I do that Tuesday through Saturday, said Gilbertson, owner of Tulsa Brisket Company.
Everything he sells is made fresh daily and what s left over at the end of the day is donated to homeless shelters in town.
