New this hour in the night to contain ebola in the United States, just minutes ago, illinois governor pat quinn has said he ordered a mandatory 20 day quarantine for somebody who had contact with a patient in west africa. Some of those travelers are landing at chicago ohare airport. The mandatory quarantine follows in the footsteps of similar orders by the governor of new jersey and cuomo who imposed 21 day quarantined last night. Thats three states that have these quarantined orders in affect. The first person to be placed in quarantine has now tested negative in a preliminary test for ebola. She remains in isolation and observation at University Hospital in newark.
