A REPRESENTATIVE from the Junior Chamber International (JCI) announced its plans to extend services to Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) at the Panabo City Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP-Panabo) as part of their week-long celebration.
Inmates have started using new ways to sneak in contrabands, such as illegal drugs, into their cells and the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology vowed to stop it.

Kapatid issued the statement Thursday after inmates of Iloilo District Jail staged a protest on the roof of a prison building due to alleged lack of food. The inmates also demanded the relief of the jail warden.
